Our Food Assistance Programs in San Diego County, CA
Warehouse Food Distribution
Everybody should be able to have food on the table when they need to eat. We understand the importance of having complete meals in a day; that’s why Heaven’s Windows has put together several food assistance programs in San Diego County, CA, to help those who cannot afford meals regularly.
Our warehouse facility serves as our administrative office that organizes our centralized Food Distribution Program. In partnership with Feeding San Diego, Heaven’s Windows processes and distributes over 788,000 pounds of donated fresh, frozen, canned, and prepared food. Additionally, through our partnership with the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank, we receive and store USDA commodities for distribution at our food pantry.
At SD Food Bank Produce Redistribution Hub, we distributed over 134,000 pounds of produce to food bank partner agencies. Conveniently located near our warehouse are East County agencies that directly receive our food supplies.
Take part in our food assistance programs. We would gladly accept your donations at our warehouse on Tuesdays-Fridays, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. You may also contact us for more details on how you can make your contribution.

Food Pantry
Our food pantry, facilitated by Jacob & Cushman at San Diego Food Bank, distributes the Emergency Food Assistance Program (EFAP) food commodities funded by the USDA. These commodities are distributed monthly, with the amount depending on the zip code and the family size. Feeding San Diego also provides opportunities to receive donations of fresh produce and groceries from local stores.
We also collaborate with agencies that provide available resources such as healthcare, rental assistance, homelessness services, and more.
